By using the Song Occasions platform, placing an order, or generating a custom track, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Specifications, Delivery & File Format

All custom songs generated through our advanced production engine are delivered directly to your email as a high-quality MP3 audio file with a maximum duration of 4 minutes (though lengths may vary depending on your customized lyrics and prompt inputs). Standard delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days, with rush delivery options available at checkout.

3. Seven-Day Satisfaction & Revision Guarantee

Because capturing your exact sentiment is our top priority, we provide unlimited song adjustments for 7 full days following your initial project delivery. During this window, you are welcome to submit refinement requests for:

• Lyric tweaks or verse adjustments
• Shifts in musical mood, tempo, or genre tone
• Minor polishing touches to make your track absolute perfection

4. No Refunds & Satisfaction Commitment

Since our products are 100% personalized and custom-made, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Each order represents a unique piece of work created especially for you, making it impossible to resell or reuse.

However, we remain fully at your disposal to assist you with revisions through our 7-day window to ensure that your final product meets your expectations.

5. Data Privacy & Song Retention

To protect your privacy and ensure data security, generated MP3 audio files and custom lyrics may be removed and deleted from our active servers after 30 days. We recommend downloading and backing up your purchased MP3 files immediately upon receipt.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Copyright Ownership

Song Occasions owns all rights, title, and interest — including copyright to the extent recognized by applicable law — in all songs, lyrics, musical compositions, audio recordings, artwork, and other content generated through the Service ("Generated Content"). This ownership vests upon creation and is not transferred to you by your purchase. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Generated Content as described below.

Nature of AI-Assisted Content

You acknowledge that Generated Content is created using AI-assisted technologies with your creative direction. The copyrightability of AI-assisted works is an evolving area of law that varies by jurisdiction. Regardless of how copyright law may apply to Generated Content in your jurisdiction, your rights and obligations under these Terms are contractual and binding.

Your Personal Use License

Upon successful payment, Song Occasions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use your custom MP3 song for:

• Personal, non-commercial use
• Sharing with family and friends
• Playing at private events (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
• Personal archiving and keepsakes
• Posting on personal social media accounts (non-monetized)

Restrictions

Unless you have purchased a Commercial License, you may NOT:

• Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially distribute your MP3 song file
• Use the song in commercial advertising or monetized content
• Submit the song to music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) for commercial distribution
• Register or claim copyright ownership of the Generated Content with any governmental copyright office
• Use the song in any way that competes with Song Occasions
